Pinnawala elephant orphanage is a tourist attraction in Sri Lanka. It was situated near the Kegalle. It was established to care take baby elephants who lost their mothers and lost in jungles. It also provide protection to some injured elephants
There is a saying "You can keep looking at babies and elephants". Like that these baby elephant definitly attract you to their childish acts. You can feed the baby elephants if you went there for the feeding time. That is something everybody like to do.
You can also see how these take bath at the river in the noon.
